We invited family and close friends coming in from around the country. We'd like to keep the event as small an intimate as possible so we can genuinely interact with everyone.
Our wedding is a semi-formal event.
East Bay weather changes from dry to wet and hot to cold quickly in the summer months. During the day, you could wear a t-shirt and shorts. Then the sun goes down and you need pants and a jacket. Our events will be outdoors, so we recommend you wear comfortable shoes and dress in layers.
Please see our "Travel + Accommodations" page. If that doesn't answer your question, please reach out to us and we'll find a way to house you!
For those of you staying in Berkeley, the easiest way to get to our venue is to take a quick rideshare. There will also be some parking on site. If you're staying outside Berkeley, consider taking BART to downtown Berkeley and taking a quick rideshare from there.
Because cellphone service is spotty at our venue, there will be a shuttle after the wedding is over to get people back downtown to join the after party, go to their hotel, or call an uber from downtown. Guests will need to find their own mode of transportation to the wedding; we recommend taking a rideshare!
Yes! We will have reserved parking spots if you choose to drive up the hill to our wedding venue.
We love children, but we also thought you would like a night off! If you need childcare, please contact the bride and groom.
We'll be requesting all guests to be vaxxed and boosted, and we'll be following UC Berkeley's guidelines when it comes to protocol. Expect a message from us closer to our big day for more information. You can also go to our "COVID plan" tab for more details.
