Where we decided it was forever...

We first met in 2018 at Masia de la Vinya Winery—Nick was a member, and Nicole was behind the bar. We were always happy to see each other, even though life had us on different paths. Over the years, our friendly connection quietly grew. In 2022, fate brought us together again. Nicole had just returned from a wedding on the East Coast and met her dad for lunch in Old Town—where Nick just so happened to be dining, too. A simple message on Instagram turned into hours of conversation… and then our first date. We’ve been inseparable ever since. A few months later, we took a weekend trip to Idyllwild, where Nick said “I love you” for the first time—and knew he wanted to marry Nicole. It’s been our favorite place ever since. We were thrilled to celebrate our engagement at the winery where it all began. And now, we couldn’t be more excited to say “I do” in the town where we knew it was forever.
