Maid of Honor
Analora and Megan have known each other since birth. Mostly because they were forced to hang out as children (Megan’s dad and Analora’s mom are brother and sister). Among the many games they played as kids, wedding was their favorite. Analora and Megan have been married over 20 times (Megan was always the groom). One time at a party, an acquaintance informed them that they didn’t have to be best friends just because they were cousins. Well, they sure showed him. HA. Analora and Megan have shared many milestones, lots of tears, and even more laughter in their lifetime together. There, there.
Bridesmaid
Stacey and Megan were introduced in middle school by a mutual friend. They maintained their friendship throughout their high school and college days but became very close in their twenties. They bonded over their similar interests (like onesies, the color yellow, and storing tequila in the microwave). Stacey has always been there for Megan, through the good times and especially through the bad.
Bridesmaid
Natalie and Megan met at a Girl Scout camp in Woodland Park, Colorado. They became fast friends on a pitch black night in the Rockies after their golf cart ran out of gas. Natalie introduced our bride and groom. Natalie and Megan have always made it a point to be there for each other, through the ups and inevitable downs of life. Go for gold!
Bridesmaid
Sarah and Megan met by chance but became friends by choice. They have shared many deep and meaningful conversations over a few hard seltzer’s (and a few more over live rap performances). Sarah once hand made a needle point for Megan that features the words “garbage life”. If that’s not friendship, i don’t know what is. Sarah has proven time and time again to be a loyal and accepting friend to Megan.
Best Man
One of Nicky's oldest compadres, Adam attended high school with the groom. They became fast and best friends, bonding over activities like World of Warcraft and creating forged hall passes to get each other and their friends out of class. Even though they live counties apart, their friendship has withstood the test of time and distance.
Groomsman
Steve helped nurture Nicky's interest in the electrical trade, and eventually came to foster the young apprentice, taking the boy under his wing and showing him the ways of the electrical world. It was magical. It was sweaty. It was hairy. The boys bonded over eating breakfast at varying places, with some being less than mediocre and some being new traditions. Some would say that Steve is the loudest and tallest of the wedding party, and most would be correct in their assumptions.
Groomsman
Nicky's long time roommate and one of his most trusted friends for years. He's a classy kind of Italian. The kind who will meld into the conversation of a whiskey enthusiast just as easily as with a large, sweaty neck beard, although Joe has a preference on the company he would associate with. He's seen Nicky and Megan's relationship bud firsthandedly, and will be there for years to come with all of their future endeavors.
Groomsman
Jeff and Nicky started their electrical career on the same day, and after many hours and miles of driving to and from Denver, they became closest friends in the work place. Jeff and his wife, Natalie (one of the lovely bridesmaids) were the reason Nicky and Megan met in the first place. They opened their Korean-Mexican-German home to their best friends for a cultural medley celebration on Cinco de Mayo, and the rest is history.
