What is the attire for wedding?

Formal. Gentlemen, please wear a suit and tie or tuxedo. Ladies, a mid length to floor length dress is preferred. If you need inspiration- think spring colors garden party 💐

Where is the ceremony? Where is the reception? Is there transportation?

Answer

Ceremony and the reception are all at the Field Club. 1400 Field Rd. Sarasota, FL 34231 A trolley will be departing Art Ovation hotel on 3/28 at 4:40pm to take guests to the Field Club. This is first come first serve. Otherwise please grab an Uber to the venue. Or - there is plenty of parking at the Field Club and guests can leave cars overnight if needed. Please no drinking and driving. Sarasota has plenty of Ubers and Lyfts 😎 The Field Club is an 11min drive or Uber, about 5 miles from Art Ovation hotel. Doors open at 5pm Ceremony is outside at 5:30pm. Cocktail hour is outside 6-7pm. Dinner and dancing to follow inside.

Am I welcome at the Welcome Party on Friday?

Yes all are welcome to come say hello as you get into town. Marina Jack 7-9pm. 2 Marina Plaza, Sarasota, FL 34236. This will just be libations 🥂 Marina Jack is 0.4 miles from Art Ovation hotel.

What is the attire for Friday Welcome Party?

Answer

Cocktail attire for the welcome party. Something nice like a jumper or dress, and gentleman please wear nice pants or nice jeans. (Please don’t wear ripped jeans or flip flops etc). Marina Jack upstairs is a nice restaurant, we are adjacent to that. Nick says come in a funky outfit if you’re feeling funky🕺🏼

Is the welcome party inside or outside?

Welcome party on Friday 3/27 at Marina Jack is inside. Go inside, up the stairs or elevator to the right and you’ll see our sign. We have a small event space there
