Nick was eager to meet me after my roommate had shown him my Facebook profile. He convinced his friend to have beers at our house in hopes of meeting me. Turns out he chose to show up at 1am on a Friday night when I was sound asleep. They started playing with our plethora of dogs which in turn woke me up. I decided to see what the commotion was about when I locked eyes with him ♡ Hubba, Hubba ♡ as I mentioned it was 1am and I was in pj's, hair in bun, and no makeup. I was not expecting to meet my happily ever after in that moment. I panicked racing back to my room to make myself presentable. Upon introducing myself to him I shook his hand and told him he can call me "Mom" omg what did i just do?! Some of you may not know but I am a little older than Nick and my roommates so it was a running joke that my roommates called me mom. I thought it was funny but first impressions are important and I thought I was blowing it, until I found out he already knew who I was. He had only visited the house that night with the intention of meeting me. He managed to make his way back to the house the next day and since then we have been inseparable. Fast forward 4 years later and we are choosing each other for the rest of our lives!
We have chosen to have an intimate ceremony and want to share this moment with the ones closest to us. Our wedding ceremony will be held on a different date at a private location. We look forward to celebrating our union at our reception that is open to all invited friends and family.
We have our dishes and towels for two, knifes and forks and spoons galore, there isn’t much room for anything more. If you were thinking of giving us a gift to help us on our way, a gift of cash for us to buy a home would really make our day. And just remember what means the most is that you're with us to raise a toast!
