Finalmente... Cin Cin!

Nick and I got to know each other for the first time in the Spring of 2009, when we were cast as Romeo and Juliet in the high school play. We had been acquaintances prior to that, when Nick's family bought my best friend Taylor's house in middle school and when we were in a couple of Spanish classes together in early high school. We had instant chemistry as Romeo and Juliet and began dating shortly afterward. By the summer of 2009, we were inseparable. We never thought we'd be the kind of people who'd end up with their high school sweethearts, but we are so lucky that we happened to grow in the same direction! We spent one year long-distance after high school, then spent the next four at Auburn University. We moved together to New York City in 2015, and spent a whirlwind five years there, soaking up everything the city had to offer. We got engaged in Prospect Park in Brooklyn on May 27, 2019 - little did we know it would take FOUR more years to the day to officially tie the knot! In 2020, the mountains called and we’ve since settled in a beautiful home in Denver, Colorado. In 2022 we added a Maid of Honor to the wedding party - our beautiful and perfect daughter Margot Bette Hines! Though our lives kept rolling, we stuck with the plan to host the most romantic Italian wedding full of rolling hills, endless pasta, and phenomenal vino!
