Our story began in 2017, where we met each other in an online game called League of Legends. We would talk on Skype while playing, but we didn’t interact too much outside of the game. Fast forward to 2019, after not talking for a while, we reestablished our connection with each other again. We became much better friends, and talked quite a bit. Erin decided to send a gift to Nick for the first time as a surprise, and the same night, he asked her to be his girlfriend. It was a long-distance relationship for quite a while, but we grew closer each day. We met each other in person for the first time in July 2020. Everyone was still wearing masks and taking precautions for Covid, so things were a bit surreal. Erin flew all the way out from California to meet Nick and his family in Pennsylvania, staying for a week. The next time we met in person was in December of 2021, where Nick flew out to California to meet Erin’s family. After we both met each other’s families, Erin moved in with Nick and his family in 2022. After living together for a while, Nick quietly proposed to Erin in March of 2024, to which she immediately said yes. We’ve been through a lot, including an incident that made things uncertain for a little while, but now we are elated to celebrate with you all!
