When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than Sept 4th! You can RSVP on this website under the RSVP tab. Any issues, please contact Courtney

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will depart from the Holiday Inn Johnstown-Downtown at 3:15 pm and will depart from the Hinckston Run Farm at 9pm and 10:30pm

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:45pm. Ceremony will start at 4. If you are not taking the shuttle from the hotel, please give yourself enough time to travel the windy roads that lead to the venue.

Is the Ceremony and Reception in two different locations?

Answer

No, they are both in the same location. Ceremony will be outside (weather premitting), followed by the cocktail hour (patio) then the reception (barn)

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Cocktail Attire: Dresses, skirts. jumpsuits for the ladies. Dress shirts and khaki/dress pants for the men. Suits and ties optional. Please no jeans!

Can we take our own photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be UNPLUGGED! We love photos and would like to see what our guests capture BUT we ask that you DO NOT photograph during the ceremony for that is what we paid our AMAZING photographers to do. You may take all the photos you want during cocktail hour and the reception. Please use our wedding hashtags #CourtGetsAnotherCat and #NicksAPiroManiac

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes. The bartenders will be checking ID, so please make sure you have yours with you just in case you get carded.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to seating capacity limits at the venue, we cannot have any added guests. Your wedding invitation envelope will specify your seats reserved for your party. If you have a separate concern or question regarding this, please don't hesitate to ask Courtney. We hope you understand

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love kids, we please ask that only children in the bridal party attend. If you have a separate question or concern, please don't hesitate to reach out to Courtney. We hope you understand.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

If you were thinking of giving a gift to help us on our way, a gift of cash towards our HONEYMOON would really make our day! If however it's a gift you find, please be assured we will not mind! We are registered at Amazon.com Check our our registry under the registry tab.

Any food alleries or dietary restrictions, please let us know. We will try to accommodate you the best we can.
