Shuttle to Venue

This hotel is the pick up location to shuttle to the wedding venue. The drive to the venue is up the mountain and a little windy. We will be providing transportation to and from the celebration so you can have a great time and leave the driving to us! There is parking available at the venue if you choose to drive. Please confirm if using the shuttle and be ready in front of the Sheraton’s hotel on El Camino Real leaving promptly by 4:15PM.
Ceremony
5:00 pm - 5:45 pm

Our wedding will have a cocktail attire dress code. We'd also recommend a jacket as this is an outdoor venue nestled in the redwood trees (and ladies, flat heels will be best for the lawn!)
We ask our guests to arrive at 4:45pm. We will have light bites and an open bar during cocktail hour after the ceremony!
Dinner Reception
6:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Plated Dinner chosen on your RSVP will be outside on the deck under the starlight. There will also be heat lamps as it gets chilly into the night.
Dance floor will be indoors with the open bar - time to party into the night!
Shuttle to Hotel
9:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Two pick up times departing The Mountain Terrace back to The Sheraton Hotel at 9:30PM and 11PM.
