Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. Parking will be at the Madonna Inn. It's a less than 5 minute walk from the Ceremony to the Reception.

Yes! We are getting married on a Wednesday.

Is there a room block at the Madonna Inn?

Answer

Yes! To book, use our code and book through the Madonna Inn's site. You can either mention Rachel & Nick’s Wedding or the group booking ID # 8415 while booking over the phone or you can put the group name/booking ID # in the comments when booking on their website. Rooms sell out fast here, so if you want to stay here book soon!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be inside.

Can I bring a plus one?

We are only able to accommodate the guests formally listed on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We have reserved spaces for your little ones. If you do not see their name listed when you go to RSVP, please reach out to the bride.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you put your cameras away for the ceremony. We will have a photographer and will share the photos with all our guests following the wedding. We want to be as present and as in the moment as we can be with all of our favorite people.
