Transport to and from the ranch on the wedding day

The bus will depart from El Rey Court at 2:30pm* which will return to Santa Fe at two set times: 10pm and 12am. *PLEASE NOTE THE BUS SCHEDULE HAS BEEN UPDATED: THE BUS TO THE RANCH WILL DEPART FROM EL REY COURT AT 2:30PM

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We are holding a recovery pool party day on Sunday (27th July) at the ranch for those who are around for the weekend! We have also reserved some space at Rowley Farmhouse Ales on the Friday (25th July) from 5pm for an informal welcome evening. We'd love to see you there if you are around!

Where should I fly to?

Answer

Albuquerque International Sunport (ABQ) airport is the largest airport close to the wedding venue, it is about 2 hours from the venue and 1 hour from Santa Fe. Cars can be hired from Albuquerque, or you can reserve a shuttle that runs regularly from Albuquerque to Santa Fe e.g. https://groometransportation.com/santa-fe/?&sd_client_id=98b7ce76-ceb7-4105-bbb2-1deca5bb3b5e Santa Fe Regional Airport (SAF) is closer to the venue (approx. 1 hour) but only has flights to/from Denver, Dallas and Phoenix.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have organised a room block at El Rey Court hotel in Santa Fe (check the 'travel' tab for booking details), but you are welcome to stay at any hotel. Santa Fe is about a 45 minute drive from the venue and there are plenty of alternative hotel options. Transport has been arranged to bring in and take back anyone staying in Santa Fe for the wedding day (the bus will leave from El Rey Court at 2:30pm). The Villanueva State Park (about 20 minutes drive from the venue) also has camping options.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as possible, but please no later than 1st May 2025. If you need more time to decide, please let us know and we'll see what we can do to accommodate this :)

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If you'd like to bring your partner (boyfriend, girlfriend etc. included) but have not been allocated a plus one, please let us know!

Does the venue have parking?

Answer

Yes, the venue has parking. We will also provide transport to the venue from Santa Fe (at 2:30pm) on the wedding day and returning at set times if you would prefer not to drive.
