Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors (weather permitting). And our reception venue is indoors. It will be late August so plan on warm weather!

Have you reserved blocks at a nearby hotel?

Answer

We have a wedding block reserved at The Wildwood Hotel and recommend guests book there. Please refer to the Travel section of our website for more details on reservations.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

We ask that guests dress in semi-formal attire. Please note that our wedding is late August so dress according to the weather.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Regrettably, we are unable to extend our invitation to children, due to space and budget constraints. We love your children but are only hosting guests 15 and older.

What kind of food will be served at the reception?

Answer

We will have chicken, pork, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, a salad, and rolls as well as a dessert bar. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions prior to the wedding and we will try to accommodate you.

What drinks will be offered?

Answer

We will have an open bar serving wine and beer throughout the cocktail hour and reception. Water, tea, and soda options will be available as well.

When should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony begins so you will have plenty of time to sign in and be seated before the processional begins.

Can I take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We are having an unplugged wedding. We ask that guests please silence their phones and do not take any photos or videos during the ceremony itself. Our guests are welcome to take photos any time after the ceremony!
