Is transportation to/from the airport included?

Answer

The travel agent will be sending an email requesting flight information. If information is provided by the April 4th deadline, airport transfers will be included.

Should I make dinner reservations each night?

Answer

We recommend making dinner reservations each night other than Saturday. For the cocktail reception on Friday, light hors d’oeuvres and drinks will be served so we recommend making a dinner reservation or ordering room service (included) after.

For Friday - casual For Saturday - cocktail

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Please see the schedule page on our website for the list of events. We will also likely be meeting up informally throughout the resort at different places during the weekend.
