Please note that this is on THURSDAY the 2nd!!! RSVP via our website required. Dinner will be hosted at The Library inside Gilt Bar. Please see the hostess for how to enter the speakeasy. Password: “Kikendall-Moore Wedding”. UPDATE: this is an small group indoor event- while we know all of our attendees are vaccinated, you may be required to show proof of vaccination in order to enter, so please bring your card with you! Also, please wear a mask until inside the speakeasy/private event area.

Rehearsal

We will be rehearsing the wedding procession and ceremony at the park, followed by a family dinner downtown. After an early dinner, we will be out and about along the river. Please let us know if you’re in town early and want to meet up for a drink- we are incredibly excited to see you all!

Welcome and thank you for sharing this moment with us! The wedding ceremony will be held in the center of the park, promptly at 4pm. Please arrive no later than 3:50pm so as not to disrupt the ceremony. We’d like to invite everyone to remain in the park for a group photo immediately after the ceremony. The reception cocktail hour will be held following the ceremony (4:30pm) next door at the Glessner House, exit through the Prairie St. entrance and follow the signs. Please let us know if you have mobility issues and we will accommodate accordingly. UPDATE: This is a small outdoor event in a large open area. Attendees must be vaccinated in order to be maskless, but if you are concerned please feel free to wear your mask at any time.

We’re married! Now it’s time to celebrate. Please enjoy cocktails and light appetizers during the cocktail hour. Short tours of the Glessner House Museum will be available to anyone interested during this time (please participate, but please wear a mask when indoors). Please leave food and drinks outside during the tour, thank you. We will be joining you all for a cocktail after we conclude family pictures. UPDATE: This is a small outdoor event, attendees and vendors are required to be vaccinated.

Cue the music! We will begin our celebration with a quick introduction, cake cutting, and wedding party speeches. A plated dinner will be served prior to the cake, and there will be dancing. Wine service and an open bar means EVERYONE dances! If you need a quiet(er) moment, the carriage house will have a lounge area, and while you’re there be sure to take advantage of the photo booth and sign our guest book. UPDATE: this is a small outdoor event, all attendees and vendors are required to be vaccinated.

We know 10:30 is late for a Saturday night (haha), but we want to keep the party going! We will be joining everyone back at the hotel bar for an after party, including some late night snacks.
