Yes! There will be plenty on-site parking and assistants to help you out.

How early should I arrive?

Answer

Thirty minutes before ceremony time should give you enough time to park, walk in the chapel and find your seat. The wedding party will be in photography sessions throughout the Barns BEFORE the ceremony, so we do ask that you do not arrive any earlier than one hour before unless asked.

How should I RSVP?

There is an RSVP section conveniently located on this wedding website! Please lets us know as soon as possible that you are planning on coming! Just search your name and click on “Will be attending.”

By October 1st at the latest! (please) We are preparing for every guest and need time to make sure you are fed and comfortable.

What is the dress code?

Semi-formal or Dressy Casual. We want you to look great but feel comfortable.

Is this Inside or Outside?

Answer

Both events will be held indoors but you may want to explore the venue property. Early November weather should be a great time to walk the Barns property but plan for weather changes for your short walk from the car to each building.

Who can I bring? Plus one?

We have done our best to make a list of who we believe would be coming plus their partners and children. Just give us a head count in advance when you RSVP. Text 434-822-3447 if you don’t see someone in your parties name.

Can I take pictures and/or post photos of your wedding on social media?

Answer

Of course!... for the Reception.... But the Ceremony will be Unplugged. We do ask that you do not take pictures or have your phone out during the Ceremony. Our photography team is well paid and will be working hard to capture every Instagram worthy memory you could ever want. The family and photography team would very much appreciate if you wait until the Reception to take any of your own photos. Thank you for helping us out by waiting!
