We met on a dating app in 2016 called "Bumble". Summer was swiping while recovering in her hospital bed after her spinal fusion. Summer had sworn off dating while she healed from back surgery. Little did she know, she would meet her person.......

Summer had planned a weekend getaway with their friends for Nicks 40th Birthday! She had no idea Nick had planned something too! After Nick moved everyone to three different locations on the Mcmenamin's Edgefield property, he settled on a space by the Distillery fire pits. Nick decided to make a speech thanking everyone for joining when he took a knee. Summer was in complete shock and had no idea he was going to propose.
