Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Arrival time starts at 3:00. However, we know things happen, please try to be at the venue no later than 10 minutes to ceremony time so you can get parked, find your seat, and settle in! Late arrivals will be stopped at end of venues driveway until ceremony is over with.

What's the dress code?

Answer

We kindly request semi-formal/semi-formal western attire (cowboy boots are welcome)! Wear what makes you feel your best! AND PLEASE... NO WHITE!!!

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors. If we see a change in weather forecast, we will move indoor. Since it is November we do ask you bring a light jacket as it may be a little chilly!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We'd love to accommodate everyone, but due to venue size, only those listed on your invitation are invited.

Are children invited?

Answer

We LOVE your little ones and are so happy to include children whose names are listed on the invitation. That said, we're trying to keep the number of kids limited to ensure a comfortable celebration for everyone. If you're able to find a sitter, we would truly appreciate it-but if your child is included on your invitation, they are absolutely welcome to join us!

Is there parking at the venue? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes- there is self-parking on-site. We recommend arriving early to allow time to park. Yes- we will have a shuttle running between the hotel and the venue!

What type of food and drinks will be served?

Answer

We will be serving buffet style bbq along with beer, wine, and signature drinks. Non alcoholic drinks will be provided as well!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request an unplugged ceremony- please turn off phones and cameras so everyone can be present with us!

Is it okay to leave without saying goodbye (Irish goodbye)?

Answer

Absolutely! We totally understand that goodbyes can take a while at weddings. If you need to slip out quietly at any point in the night, please feel free. We'll be thrilled you came to celebrate with us, whether you stay to the very end or head out early with an Irish goodbye!
