Please arrive at 4pm May 31st, 2025. The ceremony starts at 4:30pm. Arriving to the venue 20-30 minutes early is a great idea to be sure that you're able to find the venue, get parking, and settle in before it begins. If you arrive after the Ceremony begins, you will be sent to the reception area to wait.
To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab here on our website and type in your name. All invited guests in your party will appear here to mark as "Will Attend" or "Will Not Attend". Please RSVP before 03/31/2025. All RSVPs received after this date will be marked as "Will Not Attend"; we will be sending a final headcount to our vendors following this deadline.
You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please promptly RSVP no so we can plan accordingly.
If you do not RSVP by March 31st, 2025, your invitation will be marked as "Will Not Attend". We would love to celebrate with you; however, we have to provide an exact guest count to vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs (This will mean that you are not allowed to show up to our wedding day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you.)
Due to limited capacity at our venue, we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed out on your invitation. If you have questions, don't hesitate to reach out!
While we love your kids, the venue does have limited capacity. Invitations will be specific and include the names of the children who have been invited. However, we do encourage you to use this as a fun "night out" for yourselves.

We hope you see this day as an opportunity to have fun and dress up! Please avoid sneakers, boots, and jeans, white/cream, red, and black dresses, we also ask for no black suits. We do hope you understand and respect these requests.
We kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. Our photographer and videographer will be capturing The Ceremony, and we do not want any phones in our photos/video.
There is onsite parking, you will see after you pull into the gates, we recommend parking to the lot on the right.
The ceremony will be held outside, regardless of weather, however, the reception will be indoors. Both are part of the same venue. Ladies, there will be a small portion of grass for you to walk through, plan your footwear accordingly!
Huntsville has an abundance of hotels to choose from! We recommend the Westin, or 106 Jefferson, detailed in the travel section above, downtown Huntsville has other options as well. Most places in Huntsville can be reached within a 15-minute drive, so wherever you feel the most comfortable! Don't hesitate to reach out if you would like more recommendations!

Your presence is more than enough! No gifts are expected; however, they are greatly appreciated! We already have most items that we need and are looking for the listed upgrades. We do understand that these are more luxury items, and most people plan to donate to our honeymoon fund. Whatever you decide to do we will be so grateful for!
