Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

If you are driving to the wedding and not staying at either hotel, there is NO on-site parking at the venue. Please see below for instructions on the satellite lot and shuttles that will take you to venue. RIVER HOUSE PARKING Guests are welcomed and encouraged to park in the complimentary satellite lot. A shuttle service will be available to and from this locations starting 2 hours before the ceremony (2:00pm-4:00pm) and until 2 hours after the reception (10:30pm-12:30am). Will there be a shuttle for guests staying at the Springhill Suites?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle running to/from the main venue, River House at Odette's, 2 hours prior to the ceremony. Starting at 2pm, the shuttle will go in a continuous loop from the Springhill Suites to the venue. Please make sure you leave enough time to arrive at the venue by 3:45pm for the 4pm ceremony.

I'm staying at the River House at Odette's. When is check-in and check-out?

Answer

Guests staying at the River House at Odette's can check-in at 3pm on Friday, February 17th. Check-out is Sunday, February 19th at 11am. There is valet parking on-site available for hotel guests all weekend long.
