We have just mailed out invitations for our celebration on July 3, 2021! We wanted you to have plenty of time to make reservations because it will be a holiday weekend!! We know these times are still unprecedented/unpredictable and will understand if you are unable to or are uncomfortable coming to such a gathering. However, we will be celebrating our marriage on this day and would LOVE to have you join us. Hi everyone! We are writing you from Denver, our new hometown. We were married at the base of Mt. Diablo in Clayton by Sam (Tubbs) Marchant with the company of 8 family members on July 3rd. On July 4th, we began our road trip to Colorado! Things are coming together here and we are gladly accepting visitors any time ;) Please join us July 3, 2021 in Denver for our wedding celebration! We know a new date and location can be inconvenient so we understand if you are unable to attend. BUT, we would love to see you here!! Friends and family.. We have come to the difficult decision to cancel our Sugar Bowl wedding. We are planning to get married with our immediate family members on July 3rd and will have a reception of sorts next year with everyone. Thank you for understanding and please reach out to us with any questions/concerns!

With a last minute trip to SLO, Nick's suggestion for a sunrise hike up Bishop Peak was more than just that. Although the sun didn't rise on this foggy morning, Nick got down on one knee. He told Katie there is no one else he'd have by his side through life's switchbacks. Emotions were flowing and (of course) Katie said YES! to spend the rest of her life with Nick. The Central Coast will always hold a very special place in their hearts.

The last 4+ years have been filled with - bowling, lotto scratchers, Warriors games, fishing, Tahoe, long distance, concerts, hiking, Giants games, traveling, playing pool, surprises, adventures, 9ers games, trying new foods, swimming, cruising, Garlic festival, weddings, biking, 1 Raiders game, exploring our city, ice skating, being with friends/family, As games, running, skiing, drinking/eating of course .xoxo.

Beers were flowing all day at Clayton's Oktoberfest .. and into the night at the Clayton Club. A mutual friend introduced the two and they got to talking. Nick walked Katie home in the rain and gave her his flannel to endure the brewing thunderstorm. Katie called Nick the next morning to return the flannel and have a cup of coffee. The rest is history.
