How do I book a room?
Answer
Pictures for the room rates and information on the booking coordinator is found in the gallery tab. Viviana Walrond is the reservation Specialist. She is in office Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM EST. 1-800-227-2356 is the number to call and you would just ask for her directly. This is her Viviana.walrond@barcelo.com. Will I need a passport?
Answer
Yes, you will need a passport book. Please allow enough time to get this in time for the wedding. Passport card is not accepted. The passport time frame is 4-6 weeks for normal. 2-3 weeks if it is expedited.

What should I pack?
Answer
Pack lots of bathing suits and cover ups. You will live in those in the day time. Sunscreen and bug repellent is also a must. Insulated cups are also nice. The bartenders can make your drinks in your cup and it will help prevent your drink from melting right away. Bring a nice outfit for dinner at the restaurants. Females are able to wear sleeveless but males are not. I usually have a flown dress and strappy shoes because it is hot and humid.

Will I need money?
Answer
Yes and bring change. We tip the bartenders, waiter/waitress, room service, shuttle driver, etc. You will not need to pay for drinks or food since it is all inclusive but we have money for tip.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Depending on the restaurant that you choose for dinner, there is a dress code. Each one varies but see below for the different dress codes: Dress code: casual. Dinner dress code: Gentlemen: long-sleeved shirt. Beachwear is not permitted. Dress code: smart (shorts, sleeveless shirts and flip flops not permitted). Dress code: slacks, a shirt and closed-toe shoes for men.
