What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find your seat. The ceremony will begin at 4:30, so please arrive by 4:00. If using the Sunriver shuttle, we recommend allotting extra time just in case there is a longer than normal wait time.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail/semi-formal. We want you to be comfortable while looking your best.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside near the river, while the reception will be held indoors. We expect the temperature during the ceremony to be upper sixties to low seventies and sunny. Once the sun goes down it may get chilly so please bring something to cover up with as the evening progresses.

Am I allowed to bring a plus 1?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends! While we’d love to include everyone, we’re keeping our guest list intimate. If your invitation includes a plus one, they will be listed on your RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love all your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration with the exception of a few children who are part of our ceremony. We hope this allows you to enjoy a fun and relaxing evening with us. Thank you for your understanding!

Are you having a welcome party?

Answer

While we would love to host a Welcome Party for our guests, we will be having an intimate Rehearsal Dinner for immediate family and wedding party only. If you are to attend the rehearsal dinner, you will see the option to accept or decline when you RSVP. Alternatively, the bride and groom will be in Sunriver beginning Thursday and will be planning some activities where we would love to see our guests, stay tuned!

What kind of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down plated dinner with your choice of entree. You can select your entree choice when our formal invites are sent.

Is there parking onsite?

Answer

Yes! There is a large parking lot outside of the Great Hall building that can be used for the ceremony and reception. If you will be driving, please arrange to have a designated driver as uber/lyft/taxi will be hard to come by in Sunriver. You can also use the Sunriver Resort shuttle 24/7.
