Welcome Event

5:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Our welcome party will be a pizza night since La Villa has their own pizza oven. This will be a casual night to get to greet everyone and then end the night with a gelato cart. Everyone is welcome to join as we kick off the weekend! Attire: "dressy casual" For women: A cute, flowy sundress or a stylish blouse with tailored pants or a skirt. You can wear dressy sandals or wedges, or even a pair of trendy flats. For men: A collared shirt (like a polo or a casual button-down) paired with chinos or well-fitted trousers. A nice pair of loafers or dressy sneakers would keep it relaxed but polished. Aperitivo starts at 5:30, Pizza begins at 7:00 and event will finish at 11:30

Wedding

Black Tie Optional: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

The ceremony and reception will be outside in the courtyard and once the sun goes down it can get a little chilly. We will have heaters but suggest bringing a jacket/shawl incase you get cold. There will also be walking on a lot of pea gravel so we suggest that ladies wear block heals and can bring flats to change into. The dinner will be in true Italian fashion and be a coursed meal that will take about 3 hours. Then we will move to the party indoors to dance the night away for a few more hours. Timeline: 3:30 - guests to arrive and have pre-ceremony drinks 4:00 - ceremony 4:30 - Aperitivo 6:30 - Dinner 9:30 - Party 2:00 - Party ends

Brunch

10:00 am - 12:00 pm

We will have a brunch for all hotel guests and any others who want to join. Then we will spend the day relaxing by the pool and sharing stories from the night before. Hopefully a good way to beat a hangover and enjoy a hair of the dog.
