When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by September 1st, 2025. Due to planning needs, we will not be able to accommodate late RSVPs.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony starts promptly at 4 PM. Guests can arrive starting at 3:30 PM. Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code is Dressy Casual: Tuxes, suits, and button ups with trousers are all welcome. So are cocktail dresses, midi dresses, pantsuits, and blouses.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to space limitations and a desire to keep our day as intimate as possible, we are not accommodating additional guests outside of those listed on the invitation envelope.

Are children welcome?
Answer
Although we love your little ones, this is an adult-only affair. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children - thank you for your understanding!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes! There will be parking available at the venue where both the ceremony and reception will be held.

Will your ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors and the reception will be inside a barn.

What is the weather like in the area?
Answer
Fall in Howardsville is usually cool. Rain is possible, but it is not typical in October. Average temperatures range from 60-70 degrees during the day, but it can get pretty chilly at night. Note that the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors during daylight hours. The reception will be held inside.

Am I allowed to take photos at your ceremony?

We invite you to be truly present with us in an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that you enjoy this special moment with us phone-free and camera-free, so please, no photos until the ceremony's conclusion.
