What is the dress code

The dress code in semi-formal. We want our guests to be comfortable while also looking their best for the big day!

Will the wedding be inside or outside

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, with cocktail hour & dinner/reception to follow indoors. There will be outdoor seating & games to enjoy too! In the case of rain, the ceremony will be moved indoors.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony

Answer

We kindly ask that guests arrive by 3:45pm as the ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. This allows guests to mingle and find their seats with plenty of time.

Where should I park

Answer

There is a gravel lot for parking provided by the venue. Guests are able to leave their cars overnight, however, we kindly ask guests to move their vehicles by 11am on Saturday morning out of respect for Crow River Winery.

We have listed local hotel options under the "travel" tab of our website. There is information listed under each hotel name, so make sure to read those! Also keep in mind the Hutchinson area is very busy at the end of summer with more weddings, so we recommend booking in advance to ensure an open room.

Are plus-ones and children allowed

Answer

As we have planned accordingly with the number of guests, we kindly ask that only the names on the formal invitation (and on the "RSVP" tab) attend the wedding. The formal invitation will invite guests to complete the RSVP once they are sent out. The RSVP tab will also be available then! We apologize for any inconveniences this may bring.
