Optional event for the hotel guests that are checking in on Saturday at the hotel and want to see the Bride & Groom before the wedding ceremony on Sunday. Thank you goodies (gift bags) will be handed out, but no food will be served. For those attending the Rehearsal dinner (Wedding Party & I Do crew Only) after the meet and greet food will be provided there.
Rehearsal Dinner (Wedding Party & I do Crew Only)
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Semi Formal: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
It will also be a full course southern BBQ meal that will be served at the venue so please come with an appetite.

Wedding Rehearsal at Forest Hill Park (Wedding Party & I do Crew ONLY)
10:00 am - 12:00 pm

White Shirt and Blue Jeans.
Parking will be on the side of the Venue. Bring the shoes you are going to be wearing at the wedding to rehearse in along with comfortable shoes. We will have some beverages and light snacks after the rehearsal.

Parking will be on the side of the Venue and someone will be there to assist you. Greeters will be directing you to the Ceremony area and helping you with any needs or questions.
Ceremony

The Attire is black tie optional. The grass can be a little soft, so you might want to rethink stilettos. So dress to impress!
Parking is on the side of the Venue and in the street as well. Greeter will be there to accommodate you and your family, remember is an outdoor wedding. Sunglasses, Fancy Hats are welcome as well. Very Important: No Cellphones, NO Cameras are allowed at the CEREMONY Only, greeters will grab then and give it to you at the end of the ceremony.
