What time does the ceremony begin?

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm. We encourage guests to arrive early to grab a cocktail from Lambeth Lounge inside the hotel before the ceremony begins!

What is the dress code?

Answer

For our black-tie optional wedding, guests are encouraged to dress in formal attire. While black tie is not required, we kindly ask that everyone dress to impress and maintain a polished, elegant look! Gentlemen can opt for a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie, while women can wear a formal gown or a cocktail dress. We encourage guests to dress in bright, vibrant colors to compliment the spring season!

Are kids welcome?

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this advance notice means you’re able to let your hair down and celebrate with us on the day!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under name when you RSVP. We appreciate your understanding!

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Shuttle transportation will be provided from Carnall Hall to the reception venue, and back again at the end of the evening. For those who do not wish to take the shuttle, Uber and Lyft services are available in the Fayetteville and Springdale areas.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking at the ceremony venue is extremely limited, and we encourage those not staying at the hotel to use Uber/Lyft or a taxi. For those who wish to drive, there is plenty of parking at the reception venue.
