Question

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes, we have room blocks at The Cambria Hotel and the Holiday Inn Express in Plymouth, MA. Due to the FIFA World Cup, please book your rooms as soon as possible. See the "Travel" tab for details.

Will there be transportation between the hotel and the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, shuttles will depart from the Cambria Hotel and Holiday Inn Express at 3:00PM, with an approximate 30-minute ride to The Villa. Shuttles are available to all guests, regardless of if you are staying in a host hotel. Wedding guests may park at the Cambria and hop on a shuttle for a ride to and from the venue and after party! Shuttles will depart from The Villa after the reception ends at 10:00PM. All shuttles will stop at the Plymouth G Pub, where guests can hop off for the after-party or stay on to the Cambria Hotel or Holiday Inn Express. After that, a shuttle will run between the after-party and hotels every 30 minutes until 1:00AM.

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, please look for attendants or posted signs directing you to the parking lot.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Cocktail hour will be outdoors on the paved patio, followed by an outdoor ceremony on the garden lawn. The reception will be under the adjacent tent. In the event of rain, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place under the tent.

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, jackets, slacks, and dress shirts.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We have reached the maximum capacity of our venue. While we wish everyone could join, we are only able to accommodate the guest(s) named on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little (and not-so-little) ones, our wedding will be adults-only — and limited to those listed on your invitation (see: "Can I bring a guest?" above). We hope you can make arrangements to join us.

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Yes, please specify your food allergy or dietary restriction when you RSVP. We will communicate these requests to the venue(s).
