What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 5pm, so to ensure you don’t miss a thing, please plan to start arriving by 4:30pm.

There is a large parking lot on premises at Bear Brook Valley!

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation, and ride share services are pretty sparse in the area, however the hotel with our room block is an approximate 12 minute drive from the venue. While we want everyone to have a blast, we also care about your safety! So please keep in mind that you will need a designated driver by the end of the night.

Can I bring someone extra such as a date or kids?

We have limited the guest list strictly to what is written on your invitation. If for any reason you’re fuzzy on who that includes, don’t hesitate to reach out for clarification!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

If you know us, you know the answer is yes! Bear Brook Valley has 48 tap lines, a draft beer lover’s dream! You can also count on cocktails, and red and white wine will be on each table at the reception.

Are either of you changing your last name?

Answer

We will both be keeping our own names! We ask for that to please be honored in anything wedding related that may be addressed to us.
