Where's the wedding at?

Answer

We will be having both the wedding and reception at a venue called Imperia in Eastlake. It's got a cool 1920s glamour and Art Deco vibe with views of Lake Union. The address is 3119 Eastlake Ave E, Seattle, WA 98102

What's the dress code?

Answer

We're going to dress to impress! Feel free to wear anything from business casual to black tie. Note that the entire event will be held indoors, and the venue has both AC and heating.

What's the parking situation?

Answer

We have reserved the lot across the street (yay, free parking!). The entrance is on Harvard Ave. If these are full, there is also ample street parking available.

What time should I arrive?

To ensure there's time to find parking and a seat, please plan to arrive half an hour before the ceremony begins (between 5:45 and 6 PM): ceremony starts at 6:15 sharp, so plan to be seated around 6!

6:00 PM - Guest arrival 6:15 PM - Ceremony start 6:30 PM - Cocktail Hour 7:20 PM - Dinner 8:15 PM - Speeches 8:30 PM - Party 11:00 PM - Late night snacks 1:00 AM - Event end

Where should I sit?

Answer

We will have the first row on both sides reserved for immediate family: otherwise, it's free game! None of this, "bride one side, groom the other" nonsense.

What food will be served?

Answer

We will be having a buffet dinner, a dessert bar, and late night snacks. There will be vegetarian and kids meal options available, but if you have any specific dietary needs, please let us know when you RSVP. Allergens will be clearly marked.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Absolutely. Please drink responsibly, or plan to take an Uber. We will also have water, coffee, sodas, and juices available throughout the event.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We wish we could have everyone bring a guest, but unfortunately, our venue has limited space, and we're unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically noted in your invitation. We hope you understand.

Is it okay to take pictures?

Answer

During the ceremony, we respectfully request that you silence and put away all cell phones and cameras so we can all be fully present. After that, snap away!

While gifts are not expected, we have registered for a few items, which can be found at the Registry link in the above navigation.

Before the wedding day, you can contact either Nick or Sari! On the wedding day we might be a little busy, but can be reached in case of emergency.
