Baraat

5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Indian formal. See FAQs for further details.

All guests are invited to join us for the Baraat. The Baraat is a wedding tradition that signifies the groom's journey to meet his bride and unite their two families. It's basically a celebratory mini-parade. Traditionally, the groom arrives accompanied by his friends and family, who dance and celebrate alongside live music. We are putting our own twist on this tradition by bringing the Baraat to the Sangeet, allowing friends and family from both sides to join in the festivities. Being the chill, low-key guy that Nick is, he will be arriving to his Baraat on horseback. You don't want to miss it.

Sangeet

6:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Indian formal. See FAQs for further details.

The Sangeet is a beloved Indian pre-wedding celebration where friends and family take the stage with fun, choreographed performances to celebrate our families coming together (and for a little friendly competition to see who has the best dance moves). Sangeet literally means "music" or "sung together" in Hindi, and the event is centered around singing, dancing, and celebrating the happiness and joy surrounding the couple. Whether you've attended an Indian wedding before or this is your first one, the sangeet is all about having fun and celebrating together. We hope you'll join us for an evening of joy, food, drinks, and lots of dancing!
