We met through a mutual friend and didn't think much of it at first. The three of us would hang out often but eventually Nick and I became closer and would talk and hang out more alone. Till one day we were in his room and he kissed me. I, at that moment, had the most butterfly's in my stomach that I have ever had. From that moment on we have been inseparable.
April 29th 2019, I was at work, I convinced my boss to let me leave a little early so I could spend the rest of my day with Nick before he left for BMT the next morning. I got home and he told me we were going to pinnacle overlook in Holtwood, PA; a place l have been wanting to go for a while. I thought he just wanted to have a good last day together. Little did I know on our 45 minutes drive Nick’s palms were sweating in nervousness and his heart was racing like he had just ran a marathon. Most of you know Nick is not the person to put himself out there even though it was me, he was still extreamly nervous. We finally arrive, and we walk down to the overlook. We start taking in the scenery and just talking. Nick suggested we take some photos and thankfully my live photo was on. Next thing I know Nick is down on one knee purposing to me! I honestly have never had so many emotions come out at one time as I did in that moment. It was honestly everything I could have asked for.
