FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Let us know if we should expect you by December 26th, 2026. Note there is limited capacity at the venue, and each guest's meal is individually plated. For that reason, please note that guests who are not on the RSVP list will not be able to join us.

Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal (no jeans, please!)

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We request that all guests are seated by 4:45 PM. Don't forget to give yourself enough time to find parking in downtown Tucson, if needed. Or, if you're taking the SunLink, be sure to accommodate for potential cable car delays.

Question

Are children invited? Can I bring a date?

Answer

We appreciate the interest in attending our big day, but only guests listed in the RSVP (or equivalent '+1' slot) will be allowed into the venue, to ensure that everyone gets a plate as intended. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Tucson is home to the world's largest Gem and Mineral show, with events starting in late January, and the main events Feb 11-14. During this time, Tucson's population can swell significantly. If you are planning on attending the wedding, please book your accommodations sooner rather than later, as the prices will rise as you approach February. Take a look at our suggested accommodations below, research your own, or reach out to us for advice if needed.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Booked out early enough, there are plenty of accommodations around Tucson to meet different price points, and if you would like to drive, Uber, or use the SunLink street car (it is free, see FAQ below). Downtown & very close to the venue: The Leo Kent, Unicorn Zebra, Home2 Suites by Hilton Tucson Downtown Downtown & still walkable to the venue: AC Hotel Tucson, Hotel Congress (historic building, limited rooms, they have concerts there, only a little haunted) Along the SunLink route: Ramada by Wyndham Tucson, Tucson Marriott University Park, The Graduate, Aloft by Marriott Tucson University (8 minute walk to Sunlink stop). Nice, within ~20 min drive of venue: Arizona Inn, Lodge on the Desert Otherwise, don't be afraid to check out other hotels, Airbnb's, or Vrbo for more options. Ubers are generally plentiful in Tucson.

Question

What's the deal with the SunLink Streetcar?

Answer

The SunLink is Tucson's very own streetcar, and it has been free to ride since 2020. It is easy (just hop on) and safe to ride, with each stop seeing a streetcar every 15-20 minutes. Check out the schedule and route map here: https://www.suntran.com/routes-services/find-my-bus/?search=&services%5B%5D=9&filter=filter The SunLink travels through a small area in the heart of Tucson, from the University of Arizona (where Nick & Nikki met), along University Blvd. (where you might find plenty of sports bars), down 4th Ave. (where you can find more eclectic shops and dance clubs), along Congress St. (downtown Tucson, where there's slightly less college students), and across the I-10 (the western-most stop of the streetcar is based at the Mercado San Agustin/MSA Annex, where there are many bites to eat and cute shops to see). Feel free to use the streetcar during your stay if you'd like, there's actually a streetcar stop at the venue! (RSVP to find out where...)

Question

Is there parking for the wedding?

Answer

Parking is not included with the venue. If you're bringing your own car, we'd recommend paying for parking in the Pennington Street Garage, just a 3 minute walk from the venue.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

When you RSVP, you will need to pick your plated salad and main course for the wedding. We have included a vegan bolognese (dairy free, meat free), that can optionally be gluten-free as well. If there are additional concerns, please leave a comment in your RSVP and then reach out to us directly so we can ensure you will be able to safely dine with us.
