It all began with Scott’s little sister tagging along to Merrimack parties and spending time with the boys in Avon. What started as casual hangouts slowly turned into something much more. After years of thinking we “hated” each other, we finally realized we couldn’t imagine life without one another. Our love story truly took off at Abington Ale House. We talked and laughed for hours—so much so that a couple seated nearby stopped by our table to comment on how well we seemed to get along. Little did they know, it was our very first date. From that moment on you could say the rest is history. From dinner dates at Southside, to Nick joining Wednesday family dinners and Nicole working at the tree farm, our lives naturally began to intertwine. Along the way, Nicole convinced Nick to go to Disney World, and Nick convinced Nicole to take her very first cruise—each of us stepping outside our comfort zones, together. In May of 2025 Nick proposed in North Conway on top of Mount Cranmore - and on September 5, 2026 our journey comes full circle. These days, you can usually find us gathered around bonfires at the tree farm with friends and family, or enjoying dinner and drinks at Charlie Horse—exactly where we’re happiest, together.
