The ceremony and reception will both take place outdoors, at the back end of the golf course at Temecula Creek Inn. Golf carts will shuttle guests from the lobby area to the venue space, and back and forth (where necessary) throughout the night.
Technically, yes. However, please note that much of the space (ceremony and reception) is grass and may not be easily maneuvered in a wheelchair without assistance.
Semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat. Also, please wear comfortable shoes! The wedding - ceremony and reception - will be taking place completely outdoors with portions of the event taking place on grass such that stilettos are not recommended.
Based on historical data, weather is expected to range anywhere from 80 degrees during the day to 50 degrees in the evening. Heaters and fire pits will be turned on in the evening, but please bring a coat to ensure you stay comfortable!
If their name is not listed on your invitation, please do not bring them with you! We have a strict guest list to stay on budget and will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Regrettably, no. Rest assured that we truly love all of your beautiful little ones, but we chose to have an adults-only event with the exception of the children who are in the bridal party, i.e., our flower girls and ring bearers. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
We recommend that you arrive at least thirty minutes before the start of the ceremony. Because of the shuttles running guests from the lobby of the Temecula Creek Inn to the venue itself, this will ensure that everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!
Guests may park in any of the parking spaces around the property. There is no charge for parking. Please note: The shuttle pick up point is in the main lot near the lobby. Due to that lot’s vicinity to the lobby and event shuttles, those spaces are likely to go first. While on site parking should not be an issue, you may have a longer walk to get to the shuttle pick up point.
Of course! We would never let you go hungry! Light hors d'oeuvres will be served during cocktail hour, followed by a plated dinner. Also, open bar! Please drink responsibly ;) Note: There will be no day-of option to change your dinner selection from that which you indicate on your RSVP.
You will have the option to select a vegetarian/vegan meal. However, if you have more specific dietary restrictions, please let us know ASAP and we will speak to the caterer regarding more specific options. We cannot make any guarantees, but should be able to come up with something for you with enough notice!
Yes, we have a room block available for guests wishing to stay at Temecula Creek Inn (the venue) for Thursday, November 3rd, and/or Friday, November 4th. There is no minimum stay requirement. However, please note that our ceremony is scheduled to commence at 3:00 pm and the inn’s check in is at 4:00 pm. While early checks are a possibility, they are not guaranteed. Please note: In order to receive the special group rate via phone, you must identify yourself as as a member of the Stephenson-Garcia wedding.
