Yes. All guests may bring a plus 1. Please make sure they're listed by name on your RSVP by September 1st so we can accommodate them into the seating chart.
The venue is located about 32 Minutes west of Denver, and about 35 minutes northwest of the Highlands Ranch area. There is a parking lot at the venue for guests to park, if they choose to drive themselves. We do recommend guests Uber to the venue, and then utilize the free shuttle bus transportation that's being provided to return from the venue. We will have shuttles leaving the venue at 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm to take guests to AC Hotel/Le Meridien Hotel located in downtown Denver. Ride sharing options to leave the wedding venue will be very limited due to the location of the venue. We recommend guests who do not drive themselves use the shuttles down the mountain and then Uber to their final destinations from the shuttle drop off location.
Typically in October the weather will be in the 60's during the daytime, with it getting more chilly at nighttime in the 40's.
Yes. There will be heaters above the outdoor patio and indoors.
Night will get chilly, but the reception will be held indoors with heating.
Yes. We kindly ask guests to avoid wearing clothing that is metallic, neon, red, gold, and sparkly. Please, no white dresses for the women.
Yes. We kindly ask that you refrain from using your cell phone during the ceremony for pictures, videos, or otherwise. Outside of the ceremony, please share all moments you've captured!
Please let us know if you have any food allergies. Also, if you're allergic to dusts, pollens, or grasses, October in the mountains can irritate those allergies. We recommend bringing some allergy medicine, such as Claritin, just incase.
