Wedding Shuttle

October 18, 2025 4:45 pm - 11:30 pm

Two shuttles will be available to transport guests to and from the wedding venue! The shuttles will depart from the Homewood Suites at 4:45pm. It is a 10-15 minute ride to Ault Park. A return shuttle will be available at 10:00pm and 11:30pm. One shuttle will go to the Homewood Suites and the other will go to Oakley Pub & Grill for after party drinks. *Beverages allowed on the shuttle, but absolutely no glass.

Cincinnati International Airport (CVG)

We are so excited to have you join us in Cincinnati, Ohio for our big day! For out of town guests, the closest airport is the Cincinnati International Airport (CVG), which is located in Kentucky. It is approximately 20 minutes from the airport to the venue and hotel accommodations.

As our wedding weekend coincides with Xavier University's Parents Weekend, we recommend booking accommodations as early as possible to ensure availability.

The Hampton Inn & Suites is located in the Rookwood area of Cincinnati. It is a 7 minute drive to Madtree for Welcome Drinks & a 10 minute drive to Ault Park for the ceremony.
