Non-U.S. citizens must bring a valid passport. Visitors under 18 years old without an ID must be escorted by a responsible adult with a valid ID at all times. IMPORTANT: Starting 7 May 2025, NSA Annapolis and USNA will require REAL ID-compliant credentials for visitors entering through Pedestrian Gate 1 Visitor Control Center, in compliance with the REAL ID Act of 2005. The wedding will be Black Tie Optional. The wedding party will be in Naval Officer Dinner Dress Blues and the Sword Arch will be in Naval Officer Service Dress Whites. We suggest that men wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie and women wear an evening gown or knee length cocktail dress. For members of the military who wish to wear their uniform, we suggest Naval Dinner Dress Blues or respective service equivalent.

There are 3 major airports that serve the DC area. Dulles, Reagan, and BWI. BWI will offer the shortest travel from the airport to the Academy, but all three offer great options from all areas of the country.
