What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start around 4 PM, so please aim to arrive around 3:30. Pre-ceremony beverages will be available. If you are not taking the supplied shuttle from the Courtyard Marriott in Albuquerque, we suggest giving yourself an hour to drive from Albuquerque to the Hacienda. Parking is available on site.

Have you reserved hotel room blocks?
Answer
Yes! We have a room block at the Courtyard Marriott in Albuquerque for Thursday-Saturday night. We have provided the link to the Marriott's website on the travel tab. Our venue is smack dab between Albuquerque and Santa Fe so it is up to you where you decide to stay, but Melina is from Albuquerque and that is where the airport is. Santa Fe is 50 miles north!

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?
Answer
Yes! There will be a shuttle to and from the Courtyard Marriott to the Hacienda. The Marriott concierge will have more information the day of the wedding and we will post additional information here as well. You might have luck getting an Uber/Lyft out to the venue, but it will be really difficult to get one back to Albuquerque. So we strongly suggest to utilize the shuttle we are providing.

Is there good public transportation?
Answer
The short answer is no. We recommend renting a car while you're in town to take full advantage of the sites and all the wonderful things to see! Everything only takes about 15-20 minutes to get to, but distance wise, Albuquerque/ Santa Fe are pretty spread out.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
It’s the desert in August...so we want to make sure everyone is stylish, but comfortable. This isn’t a black tie event, but we’d love to see everyone rock their best outfits. Get inspired by the southwestern desert vibes. Guys - linen and light-weight fabric will make a huge difference. Gals - consider bringing a shall or cardigan for night time, as the temperature can drop significantly once the sun goes down.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

When should we fly into Albuquerque?
Answer
As a reminder, we will have rooms blocked off at the Courtyard Marriot for Thursday night through Sunday morning. Most will probably fly out either Thursday night or Friday morning and then leave on Sunday, but keep an eye out for less expensive departing flights for Wednesday night and returning flights for Monday.
