What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests should begin to arrive at 4:30 pm. There will be a short ceremony at 5:00 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black tie optional- Gentlemen are welcome to wear a tuxedo or a suit and tie. Ladies may wear a formal gown, a cocktail dress, or a long floral dress. Bright summery colors are more than welcome!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be shuttle service to and from the venue. The first shuttle will begin boarding at 4:10 pm. From 9:30-11:30 pm a shuttle will be on a continuous loop back to the hotel. You may also drive yourself to venue and leave your car overnight at Loch Aerie. All cars must be picked up by 10 am.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Under the rsvp tab when it asks for additional information, write any allergies. All entrees can be made to accommodate any allergy. Any entree can also be made GF.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking onsite. If you are staying at the Desmond hotel, there is a shuttle bus to and from the venue.
