How and when should I RSVP?

Answer

Our RSVP deadline of January 07, 2026 has passed. If you were unable to RSVP by this date, please reach out to us directly and we’ll let you know if we’re still able to accommodate you for the ceremony at the Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa. Thank you so much for your understanding as we finalize our plans—we truly appreciate it and look forward to celebrating with everyone who’s able to join us!

What time should I arrive—and what’s the parking situation?

Answer

Please be in the hotel lobby of the Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa by 4:50 PM. Our amazing wedding planner, Lauren, will be guiding everyone down to the ceremony location at exactly 5:00 PM. If you're driving, parking is available at the resort. When you arrive, press the button at the gate. Either the gate will open automatically, or a parking attendant will speak to you through the intercom—just let them know you're here for our wedding, and they’ll let you in. We kindly ask that all guests arrive on time—Lauren will be leaving with the group at 5:00 sharp, and late arrivals won’t be able to join once the procession begins. We’d truly hate for you to miss a moment!

Will there be any other wedding events to attend?

We’re keeping things simple and meaningful with just the ceremony itself. Whether you're coming from near or far, we're so grateful to have you there to share this special moment with us. If you’re planning to spend more time in the area, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to suggest local spots and activities to help you make the most of your trip!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is beach casual—think breezy, comfortable, and polished! Sundresses, dressy jumpsuits, linen shirts, and slacks are all great choices. Please, no jeans, shorts, flip-flops, or white attire. We want everyone to feel relaxed but still dressed for a special occasion by the sea!

Can I bring a plus one or my kid(s)?

Answer

We’re keeping things intimate, so we’re only able to include the specific guests listed on your invitation. If your invite says “and guest,” feel free to bring someone! Otherwise, we hope you’ll still come solo and have an amazing time with us. As for little ones—we absolutely love your kids, but the celebration will be mostly adults-only. Only close family children will be attending. We hope this gives you a chance to relax and enjoy the evening kid-free! Thank you so much for understanding.

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

We don’t have a traditional registry—your presence is truly the best gift we could ask for! If you'd like to contribute something, we’d be so grateful for a monetary gift to help us enjoy our honeymoon. You can find our cash fund through the “Registry” tab at the top of the page. If you’d prefer to gift another way, feel free to reach out directly. But truly—there’s zero pressure. Just celebrating with you is more than enough for us!
