Travel Note
Our wedding and all of the events will be at Borgo di Castelvecchio in Val D'Orcia, Italy. It's about half-way between Florence & Rome. You can find it on Google Maps here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/rsR1oz9cRMrXG8RB9
Travel Note
The venue itself (Borgo di Castelvecchio) will be able to accommodate a small portion of our guests, including the immediate families & wedding party. However, nearby there are a variety of accommodation options, including hotels, villas, agriturismi, and B&Bs. When searching, a good starting place is "Val d'Orcia," or "Contignano, Tuscany." Our venue is located in the Province of Siena. There are a number of wonderful accommodation options close to our venue, so here is a (non-exhaustive!) list of some amazing choices.

Flight
We recommend flying! Sadly, there is not yet a transatlantic bridge that connects the United States to Italy. The closest international airports for your arrival are Rome (FCO) and Florence (Amerigo Vespucci). Rome may be the more accessible option for those flying directly to the wedding from the US, though we recommend checking into Florence if you'll be extending your trip before the wedding and arriving from elsewhere in Europe. The end of June is a very popular time for Italian travel, so we recommend booking flights and transportation as far in advance as possible!
Travel Note
We strongly recommend you rent a car in Italy as your means of transportation to the venue and throughout the Italian countryside. Small villages in Tuscany are not conveniently connected by train, and renting a car will allow you to have flexibility to see the beautiful sights in the surrounding area and beyond. We recommend reserving a rental car in advance at your point of arrival (i.e. the Rome airport.)
