Welcome Party at the Beach Shack

We welcome you to join the Beach Welcome Party if travel allows. Dinner will be served. Casual attire; kids can bring swimsuits to play in Lake Tahoe. Transportation will take guests to the Martis Camp Beach Shack from the Hampton Inn + Suites leaving at 5:30 and 5:45 p.m. and will leave at 8 p.m. to return guests to the Hampton Inn + Suites. *Welcome Bags will be at the hotel if you are staying at the Hampton Inn + Suites, If you are not, we will have your welcome bag at the Welcome Party.

Wedding Ceremony at Assumption of the Virgin Mary Catholic Church

Thank you for joining us as we become husband and wife. Busses will begin transporting guests from the Hampton Inn + Suites to the Assumption of the Virgin Mary Catholic Church at 2:15 p.m. Transportation will return guests to the Hampton Inn + Suites starting at 9 p.m. and every half hour until 12 a.m.
Cocktail Hour at Martis Camp Family Barn

Cheers! Thank you for being part of our special day! Transportation will take guests to the Martis Camp Family Barn from the Church, leaving at 4 p.m. and 4:15 p.m. We'll get together for a group photo before dinner.
Dinner and Reception Party

Let's celebrate with dinner and dancing! We'll dine, toast and dance to the sounds of a great band until 10 p.m. Then the party will move indoors for even more fun from 10 p.m. to 12 a.m. Transportation will begin returning guests to the Hampton Inn + Suites at 9 p.m. and then will leave every 30 minutes until the last transport at 12 a.m.
