Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 21, 2025. This will help us finalize all details and ensure everyone has an amazing experience on our special day. Unfortunately as this is a strict deadline enforced by the venue, RSVP’s will be turned off after this date.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We are registered with Zola, Anthropologie, and Target. You can find all items as well as our Home Down Payment Fund under the Registry section of our website.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that all guests arrive by 3 PM. This will allow us time to seat all guests and begin the ceremony on time. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We kindly request formal attire. Ladies, please wear elegant gowns or cocktail dresses. Gentleman, suits and/or polished dress shirts are appropriate. If you’re unsure, it’s always better to be slightly overdressed than underdressed! Wear whatever color you would like, but please no white. We look forward to celebrating with you in style! (Please note that the bridesmaids will be wearing emerald green.)

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP section of the website.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, as long as they are listed when you RSVP. A play room with toys will be available for kids’ entertainment. Parents/guardians are responsible for the supervision of their own children.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved a block of rooms at The Well House Hamilton. A link to book within the block can be found in the Travel section of our website. Alternatively, you can use Group Code 900 at booking. The cutoff date for booking within the room block is July 3rd. Courtyard Hamilton is recommended as well - it is across the street within walking distance from the venue. AirBNB also has many home and apartment rentals available in and around Hamilton.

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, there is an open lot across the street from the venue that is open to all guests. The parking lot attached to the venue is reserved for members of the wedding party.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! When you RSVP there will be a section to input any food allergies. If for any reason you forgot or were otherwise unable to enter your food allergies when RSVPing, please contact the bride and groom at nickandlaurelswedding@gmail.com.

Question

Is the venue indoor our outdoor?

Answer

Indoor! The ceremony and reception will be held indoors. However, please note there will be a social hour between the two held outdoors. In the event of inclement weather, the social hour will be moved indoors. The outdoor social hour is on pavement, so feel free to wear your heels if desired.

Question

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “declined”, so we can plan accordingly.

Question

How can we contact you?

Answer

Feel free to reach out if you have any questions! Our preferred method of contact is email - we can be reached at nickandlaurelswedding@gmail.com.
