Before meeting Laura, Nick had never set foot on another continent. Laura's love of travel inspired Nick to take a leap by booking a last minute whirlwind trip to Morocco. Their travels took them from the oldest streets in Madrid to the winding pathways of the Medina, on midnight trains through the countryside and into the gardens of the Red City. Together they had found someone to see the wonder in the world with. The next year it was Switzerland and Austria with Nick's sister and father. When they returned, Nick knew he wanted to spend the rest of his life seeing the world with Laura. He bought a ring and waited for the next adventure. In early 2019 Nick and Laura packed their bags and headed for the resort beaches of Tierra Bomba, Colombia. Over a glass of wine and a well played cribbage game Nick asked Laura to spend her life exploring with him. She said yes! The two have been planning a wedding that captures their love of travel, nature, wine and good friends ever since.
