One of our favorite spots to take friends! Yee-Haw has a fun, laid-back vibe, with a moonshine tasting where you can try all kinds of moonshine flavors.
Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint
Martin’s is our favorite BBQ spot. The downtown location has a huge beer garden, plenty of space, and often live music
Nashville Underground
We’re not big Broadway people, but Underground is our go-to. They've got a mechanical bull and a high energy atmosphere
12 South
We lived in 12 South for about a year, and it’s such a fun neighborhood to explore! Stroll through Sevier Park and check out our favorite spots: Buttermilk Ranch, Bottle Cap, and Wanna Spoon.
Assembly Food Hall
So many food options, great drinks, and rooftop views. Perfect when everyone wants something different!

Indoor mini-golf, perfect for escaping the heat!
Centennial Park
We love walking through Centennial Park. It’s a beautiful green space in the city, perfect for a stroll or just hanging out.
A Bit of a Drive Away
There are so many spots we love all around Nashville, just about a half hour south of downtown! If you have extra time, it’s worth the short drive to explore more of the area we’ve called home
Warner Parks
The Warner Parks are one of our favorite escapes just outside the city. Nick loves running the trails, and Kyra loves walking them! Either way, it’s a beautiful spot to get outdoors.
Cheekwood
Cheekwood Gardens is especially beautiful this time of year. Perfect for a peaceful stroll through the gardens and soaking up the scenery
TailGate Brewery
Another favorite of ours! Great drinks, food, and awesome views. A fun spot to hang out and enjoy the Nashville vibe.
Downtown Franklin & Historic Main Street
Downtown Franklin has so much to offer: cute shops, great restaurants, and a fun small-town vibe. Just nearby is The Carter House, a historic Civil War site that’s perfect for anyone interested in history.
