Best Man
Joe is Nick's longest friend. He is a Medical Student who is passionate about hiking, fitness, and national parks. Joe met Nick when he was 9 playing Babe Ruth Baseball in the 4th grade, but decided he should take advantage of his impressive height and focus on Basketball going into High School and through University. Joe has always been a transparent voice of reason in Nick's life, primarily over long fire pit hang outs and work outs. He is first and foremost an introspective and philosophical man that seeks answers about how we fit in the world but also what kind of roles we are to play with our own special traits. Joe has allowed many in the group to really go on the path self discovery with his thoughtful provoking questions. Joe is a great sound board and one of the most dependable people you will ever meet.
Arianna Chrisis- Alawa
Maid of Honor
After meeting freshman year in high school, Ari became a permanent and well needed staple in Kristin's life. Together they experienced many musical feats from duets to full productions, traveling New England and the Caribbean, and forever fortifying their friendship despite state lines consistently coming between them. Ari has been an exceptional friend for over 10 years and quickly became the second sister Kristin never knew she needed. Shared memories of moving Kristin into her sophomore dorm, adventuring around NYC and Boston, and of course Ari's own wedding day add to the magic of the found family shared in this friendship. Her memory of an elephant and ferocity of a black belt martial artist (yes she does have one) are just the beginning of knowing how special she truly is. Ari and her husband Maan are remarkable role models and best friends to support Kristin and Nick through this next phase of life.
Daniel Pearson

Dan the man. One who often enjoys blending languages, Dan has been one that blends Nick with different aspects of his life. Dan speaks often in spanglish as he enjoys the hilarity it can bring in an unsuspecting instance or conversation. Here the lesson was to lean into your personal comedic flare and randomly say "papas fritas" when you are frustrated or confused. He has blended Nick into the Sandy Hook Friend group called the Sandy Squad and a has been a great friend on and off the baseball field since they were 13. Dan brought Nick in the first generation of life long friends and kept him moderately sane on the ball field (which was not really possible but there was progress) and continues to check on his sanity over sports and occupation.
Jennifer Ward

Despite what some may think, Jenn is not twin to Kristin. Call it luck or good genes, Jenn and Kristin surprisingly grew up in very different times. Although being in quite different phases of life for nearly two decades, Jenn has always been an inspiration as Kristin's big sister. As a teacher, coach, and mother of 3, Jenn wears so many hats and always manages to be a beacon for all in her circle. It was more than once when Kristin has shared that she wanted to be like her big sister when she grows up. Between her successes as an athlete, educator, and newly declared wooden florist, Jenn inspires all with her creativity and perseverance as a young woman. She and her husband Leszek have never failed to make monthly sibling dinners anything but laughter filled nights of jokes, games, and reminiscing of memories already made and those yet to come. They have paved a path for Nick and Kristin to follow in order to achieve success and happiness together in the many years ahead.
Greggory Grasso

The musician, the athlete, and the ultimate host. Greg has always had a flair for music as he is an accomplished trombone player in high school from Jazz, concert ensembles, and marching band. He continues to write songs and play on the guitar, drums and then of course shreds on the musical games of our generation Guitar Hero and Rockband. The true friendship between Nick and Greg came in the back end of high school/early college where they bonded over Jazz and then the shared sport Racquetball. Greg introduced Nick to racquetball his first semester at UConn keping the atheltic drive in Nick rolling. A constant host of game nights and watch parties at his house with fiancé Morgan, Greg will always make sure everyone is smiling and having fun as a social chameleon being whatever you need whenever you need it. He has been a true composer of Nick's second generation of core friends.
Marie Randle

As a fiery and beautiful young woman, Marie has been nothing short of the best twin and new sister-in-law to Nick and Kristin respectively. Marie's love of books, traveling, and board games allows others to easily relate and appreciate her incredible knowledge and aspirations. Her and Nick often surprise Kristin with their "twin powers" especially when it comes to choosing where to eat or what movie to watch in real time. New Zealand's newest resident may live far, but Nick and Kristin could not have imagined their wedding day in any capacity without Marie's love, support, and of course a few roasts of Nick here and there. Her ability to remain grounded and in touch with what really matters in life is just a sliver of how much insight and guidance she has to offer to Nick and Kristin's new future together.
Alexander Coenraads

Alex and Nick's adventure begins with coincidentally attending racquetball practice after meeting in the class room without discussing their athletic endeavors. Alex was a natural Racquetball player. He and Nick competed for what seemed like a month before he decided take off and become the best Racquetball player at UConn and at most intercollegiate tournaments. Alex is a humble man but equally encouraging to his friends around him. He is one of the most "all in" supporters you'll see whether its cheering on our schools basketball team, racquetball team (almost the same level notoriety) or Nick as person. From the RBall Court, Gapel or after Nicks first CPA Exa, Alex is often seen screaming in celebration, giving very firm hugs and leaving your hand stinging after a high five. Alex's wife Chelsea often is dong the exact same thing without leaving your hand stinging as she always kept energies high at parties and in my studies. Different hype songs and positive messages were constantly suggested Nicks way to keep Apartment 86 buzzing.
Micaela Pina

Despite being able to lift a tractor trailer, Micaela has the gentlest soul Kristin has ever known. Micaela, also growing up in Newtown, was Kristin's first friend in graduate school. Kristin quickly learned that to know Micaela is an honor in itself. Always up for a movie night or cross country road trip, Micaela has a free spirit and openness to others that is seemingly impossible to match. With the newest title of "mom" now in her arsenal, she has not slowed down one bit. You can see her inspiring others in the gym and clinic alike all while continuing to build a beautiful home. Micaela and Kristin have been able to relate on their many renovation projects throughout their childhood where their parents would embark on year long DIY tasks that seem to never end. Now Micaela gets to enjoy passing on the tradition of construction zone playgrounds raising their dog Nova and beautiful daughter Ava all while keeping the biggest smile on her face. As her and her husband Tony have shared their love and incredible vacation PowerPoint slide shows to many over the years, Nick and Kristin would be lost (literally and figuratively) without them in time moving forward.

The motivational speaker extrodinair. Steve has been a hype man in Nick's corner on the court as a doubles partner and off the court as educational voyager. Steve puts in immense amount of thought and effort towards his goals whether its engineering, sport, or family. Steve and Nick shared a love towards TV shows and movies where an ungodly amount of popcorn has been made and consumed in the living room plowing through the shows Moonknight, or Lucifer. Steve also taught Nick his only non awkward dance move that may or may not be on display at the wedding. Steve has an amazing lady in his life that has made Kristin extremely happy when they had one of her favorite moments on a double date sharing goblet margaritas and quesadillas at UConn. Abby and Kristin have bonded through a love of dogs and most animals that Steve and Nick acknowledge as a pretty ok passion.
Gabriella Dombek

As a woman of many, many talents, Gabriella has been nearly omnipresent in Kristin's life since connecting in graduate school. She is someone who is both family oriented and career driven, no one quite knows how she really does it all. But on top of all of it, Gab has somehow found a way to make time for weekly calls, bingo nights, and happy hours with Kristin from the very beginning. She has never let her roles and responsibilities cloud her ability to maintain her priority of family both given and chosen. From poking fun between waitressign shifts to water aerobics in Cancun, Kristin has made countless core memories since this friendship began. She has been fortunate to have Gab's quick wit, relentless book recommendations, and unwavering support since the beginning. She gives Kristin and Nick confidence to move forward in their lives together with Gab (the Queen) in their circle.
Donna Monteleone
Mother of the Groom
Donna is a force. Any one that has met her understand that when it comes to effort, there is no substitute for putting anything but 100% of your energy towards what you want to do. Donna has instilled this mindset to Nick and through every phase of life promoted the mindset of "you can do anything you put your mind to". Donna has always looked to give back to the community especially those that have served in the military. Donna has made it to the Veterans Hall of Fame in 2025 and continues to spend time working with the Veterans of Foreign War (VFW) and American Legion in Connecticut. As Nick moves towards being a husband to Kristin, there are always constant reminders of how can he help make her life easier and how can she also make her life easier. Without a doubt the giving attitude will never go away and its something Nick will take towards his forever relationship with Kristin.
Marian Cancelliere
Mother of the Bride
For a daughter to attempt describing her mother in words is an impossible feat. Marian has engaged in countless roles throughout Kristin's life bringing in her cheerleading spirit every step of the way. With a background in psychology, she has taught Kristin priceless life lessons in patience, acceptance, and of course love. Kristin grew surrounded by it, the purest love, which allowed her to find those relationships and spread what Marian founded. A mother's role is not an easy one, but Marian has created not just an image of what all moms should be. She has provided a lens for Kristin and Nick to see life in a way that magnifies the greatest parts...love, generosity, and most importantly time. Marian continues to make the most of every moment in life and allows her smile to permeate all of it. She has provided Kristin with a framework to life and now marriage allowing her to enter life with Nick confident of success.
Neil Randle
Father of the Groom
Neil is a story teller, a teacher, and a father. After his career at Unilever, working in research and development telling the story of Dove, Neil has taken on the challenge of putting stories down on paper. In the past five years Neil has written three books in the form of spy thrillers that have leveraged his passion for adventure and his travels across the globe. As Nick's father, he has been a teacher and a voice of reason over the years for his son. He is one to always teach lessons through his experience. A main focus through the years has been about welcoming moments and living in the moment. Through school, relationships, friendships, and even the marriage process, he has always had words of advice from his own moments that have encouraged and taught Nick how to be the man he is today. As Nick approaches the biggest moment in his journey thus far, he is reminded to acknowledge and appreciate all that's going into the day. Neil has preached that life is an adventure and you always have to get a little lucky but never the less, look around and show appreciation towards those around you.

Father of the Bride
A man of few or many words depending on who you ask, Joe holds a near impossible responsibility as father to Kristin. Despite being a girl dad of two, Joe did not hold back his DIY projects or engineering feats to be completed by the guys. As Kristin grew, Joe spent countless weekends and summers working on the cars, rebuilding the beach house, or completing yard work with his little helper in tow. Kristin often found herself on the lawn mower or carrying buckets of cement with the distant supervision of a dad who confidently taught her to be independent and self reliant. With those lessons, though he was also teaching her the first lessons of love not in what is said but what is done. Joe dedicated his mind and body to his projects which Kristin came to learn later was fueled by his endless devotion to the most important women in his life. Marian, Jenn, and Kristin received love in every grout line, chimney stone, and wooden plank laid over the decades of work Joe committed to both finished and ongoing. Joe was the first man to teach his daughters love, not to rely on it, but to be motivated by it. Kristin's lessons on love allowed her to go into the adult world with confidence and willpower. With Nick now in the fray, Joe has another set of hands (willing or unwilling) to guide by example and leave a tangible mark of love in this world for generations to come.
Chandler Boucher

Chandler has many titles. The Commissioner, Racquetball President, and now The Officiant. The man simply finds himself in positions of leadership. This is no surprise to many in his circle as Chandler can be found diving into any subject matter, it seems, with a high level of enthusiasm that will make you believe his life mission was to make you feel heard and that he's invested. With that being said, it was clear to Nick and Kristin that he was the man for the job. Nick has played racquetball with Chandler since freshman year at UConn and then subsequently now both Nick and Kristin have joined Chandler on the golf course. Chandler is an accomplished golfer that tolerates Nick and Kristin slicing the ball every other swing. He always plays with intensity, but enjoys nothing more than to recount strategy and talk sports. Chandler also has a passion for movies, specifically Marvel, where Nick and him go see the new releases after crushing wings at their favorite wing place and also discuss the newest Game of Thrones. Chandler has been a core friend for Kristin and Nick over the course of their relation and it's fitting he gets to speak on the day that bonds them forever.
Easton
Guest of Honor
Although not present, Easton holds a special place in our hearts. He is always seen AND heard, especially when new people enter the fray, so he will enjoy a peaceful Memorial Day weekend at home. After finally warming up to Nick, our family of 3 has enjoyed so many nights of trips to the dog park, sharing our endless supply of cheese balls, and cleaning out fur from the vacuum. What started as a simple bet between Kristin and Joe, turned into one of Kristin and Nick's favorite adventures. Our wedding day would not be complete without our furriest and noisiest companion there in spirit.
