The events will all be around downtown brooklyn/cobble hill area. Downtown brooklyn has many hotels available, and staying near the Barclays center will give you really amazing subway access. Fidi area is also quite nearby if you feel strongly about staying in manhattan. Truly though, staying pretty much anywhere in manhattan or brooklyn will be fine. It's nyc. You can get around pretty easily.
Gifts are appreciated, but not required. We appreciate the effort you make just to be there for our special day. That being said, we are trying to buy an apartment right now and could use some help cuz we will probably be pretty broke after lol. Also that apartment will likely be really small so we don't really want physical objects. In our registry you'll also find a charity donation option for a charity Nick works with closely, which helps set up inner city students with math teachers.
