To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is September 26th, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as a 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you understand.
Yes! If you would like to bring your children with you, then we'd be delighted to have them. Please let us know who to expect when you RSVP. For dinner, children up to 12 years old will be provided a fresh fruit cup appetizer and chicken tenders w/ fries as an entrée.
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, it will be stated or they will be addressed on your invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance.
During the ceremony, we ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We will have a professional photographer to capture our ceremony and would hate to have pictures of our guests using their phones during this special time. Other than the ceremony, Yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.
The ceremony will be held outside at the Hillside Arbor. Please make sure to dress appropriately, as it will be late October. In case of unideal weather conditions, the ceremony will be moved inside to the ballroom. Cocktail hour and our reception will be held inside, with access to the patio (weather permitting).
Our wedding will have a semi-formal dress code - comfy and cozy. We only ask that you please do not wear white or off-white colors. The ceremony will be outside on the lawn, so please keep that in mind when choosing footwear.
Please contact either Nick or Kelly with your restrictions when you RSVP so we can let the catering team know. The venue does have a chef's choice vegetarian entrée & dietary restricted entrees available upon request.
