A few notes from the hotel regarding the hotel block: In order to facilitate your reservation, please note the following guidelines that will assist you in streamlining your reservation within the group block. • You must call the hotel directly at 303-526-2000 and ask for “Reservations”. Please tell reservations that you wish to make a reservation for the Herr-Maez group. • You are allowed up to two separate reservations per person, within the block, and we ask that you provide a name for each. • Group reservations will cut-off at midnight on 08/05/24. • The hotel requires a valid credit card to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card will be preauthorized for one- night room and tax 3-7 days prior to the date of your arrival. • If you are unable to keep your reservation, you must contact the hotel to cancel at least 7-day prior to your arrival date to avoid a late cancellation penalty of one night room/tax.
